A super simple project that kids can make as party favors.

Mr. Bingle Christmas Crackers
    Materials:
  • Four sheets of tissue paper 13 ½" X 6 ½" piece
  • Scraps of trim or ribbon
  • Empty toilet paper tube
  • Markers, paint, crayons or color pencils
  • Glue or tape
  • Assorted small toys & candies

  1. Lay the four sheets of tissue paper one on top of the other. You may use alternating colors if you wish. (Fig. A)
  2. Carefully fold the edges over about ¾". Lay the toilet paper tube on the tissue paper and run a bead of glue on the fold of the tissue paper the length of the tube. (Fig. B)
  3. Roll the tissue around the tube and press the glue edge down. (Fig. C)
  4. Using ribbon, tie one end of the tube closed. Fill the tube with small candies and toys. (Fig. D)
  5. Using ribbon, tie the other end of the tube closed. Using markers, paint, crayons or colored pencils, decorate the tube. (Fig. E)
