program, specifically designed for the
developing service provider. Our education
system allows him or her to continue to
refine technical, finishing and guestcare
skills following graduation from school, as the
individual embarks upon a professional career
in our salon. Dillard's recruits and retains the

Language - the best and the brightest. A portion of
each week is devoted to additional training for our Rising
