No. 23 is used for blending color, softening contours and structuring the eyes with precision and comfort. A generous shape and supple bristles specially selected to create an even blend of eye-shadows and shaded or gradation effects, from the softest to the most dramatic smoky eyes. This firm brush with extremely fine and soft natural fibers delivers flawless, controlled application in a single stroke.
Recommended for use with powder or cream eyeshadow.
