Ordered this online, and it arrived on time with all the bonus items. Excellent service. I couldn't wait to use it!! I cannot say enough about how easy this is to use and make FAST, time saving, delicious meals you will want to make again and again. I watched all the YouTube videos about the XL size Power Pressure Cooker, and I don't think they even give it the justice it deserves. It's an experience of joy seeing what new recipes and ideas for cooking I can make for my family. I use mine all the time. I'm now eager to use food I've bought and placed in my freezer instead of eating processed meat, eating out, or making quick deep-fried food. Is saving me $$$$ too. MAKES ME WANT TWO!!! I love cooking chicken, adding 4 cups of water, a box of chicken broth which makes richer broth for dumplings, noodles, etc. I've made meatloaf, turkey, mashed potatoes, etc. My large pork steak, 2 pieces were frozen, and I lay them crosswise with a couple cups of water, set the meat timer at 15 minutes and had moist, tender meat. Yummy! Frozen meat is a breeze too. Can't wait to try the canning feature and coming up with more ideas! Will be great in the summer not heating up the house using my new SAFE and EASY cooker!! Canned fresh tomatoes yay!!!

I liked the item, but after the first time I used it the outside by the control panel dented in, like maybe it was not pressurized properly. I liked the cooking time, but the advertisements don't tell you that you sear your meat first, then it takes about 15 minutes to build up pressure, then your timer starts.

I love how I can cook frozen foods in this. Meal planning? Who needs it when you can take food right out of the freezer and have it done in about an hour.

I returned this item. I cooked...or tried to cook a roast in it. I follow the instructions from the book and even watched the YouTube video but the roast took twice as long to cook and then it was just ok. Im not sure the valve was working right. I was disappointed. Returned to Dillards with no problem. Thank you Dillards. I bought an instant pot brand and love it. Ive used it about 7 times out of the last week and a half I have had it.

I made a pot roast in 30-35 minutes instead of hours. Now there is some prep work that has to be done on some of the dishes and the system has to build up pressure but nowhere near the time it takes in a crock pot.
Bottom part of the inner pot sometimes takes patience to clean because of the grooves but not unless things get burnt on it.
I bought the 8 quart which was big enough for a family of 6.
Love that it shuts off when done and switches to warm, can't get that with a crock pot.
Can't wait to try the canning feature. Definitely a very good buy on my part.
