The shoe is super cute, glows in the dark and is comfortable... Until you're in the middle of a long distance run... I received an email giving me info about this shoe and it says it is great for a triathlon... When I told the sales person I run about 4 miles 4 times a week... She said yes this one! I exchanged them bc I foot was on fire on the way back!!! For everything else great shoe... For more than 2 miles... Not recommended!
