The torso was too long so the V in the neck was way too low and the zipper made a bulge in the back. The length of the skirt was just right. It was like they took the bodice of a regular misses dress and sewed in onto a petite skirt. Too bad because it was a lovely dress. I returned it to a Dillard's store and found a dress that fit correctly.

i love this dress, last year i bought it in black for my sons wedding, this year it's my daughters wedding and i bought it in blueberry. Same size little tighter this year.. was tight last time also but could zip it, now i need to lose 10 lbs. in order to zip it... it does run small because other dresses i wear a 14 and this one is a 16 and it is tight in the waist and bust. But i love it, so i will lose the weight.

After reading reviews that this designer runs small I ordered this dress in size 4 (I normally wear a 2) but it was slightly too big so I returned it. However, it is gorgeous and I wish they carried it in a 2. It would have been perfect for the summer wedding I wanted it for.

I am the Mother of the Bride, but I did not want to look dowdy. This dress is perfect! It is figure flattering (although my stomach is not flat). The layered style is very fashionable, but it is body shape forgiving. The portrait style neckline is very flattering. I am short, and I do not wear ruffles, but these are layers which lay softly against the body.
