I have light hair and skin (similar to the model in this picture) and can't usually wear neutrals, but I was amazed at how great this jacket looked and fit. I also usually take the shoulder pads out but this one is so perfectly cut I may just leave them in. This jacket gives you a polished, professional look. I got two pencil skirts to go with it; one in navy and one in taupe a few shades darker than the jacket. Then I went shopping for jeans and ankle pants and this jacket was terrific with those as well. I can wear casual or business casual to work, but sometimes we have a meeting that requires a business professional look - now I'm ready for them!
