Artimino Venetian Hammered Glass Drink Dispenser
Care instructions:
- not made for hot beverages
- use only crushed ice, as use of whole ice may cause damage or breakage
- wash thoroughly by hand before first use and after every use with soap and cold water
- insert and tighten spout by hand; do not over or under tighten
- do not move dispenser after filling and never attempt to lift dispenser by lid, top or handle
- when facing the dispenser, the spout handle should be turned right to pour and left to shut

Still love it! I bought this 2 years ago at the store & could not be happier with it! The lid feels fragile, but having gauged that, I am a little careful handling it. I have used it for a year on my counter to dispense water & at dinner parties for lemonade. Cleans fairly easily, just have to wash it remembering it is glass! Keep the box, you'll be grateful once u need to store it or move.

I bought this as a Christmas gift and after taking it out of the box and filling with lemonade the spout broke after 1 turn. Needless to say it went back to Dillards for a refund. Its a shame because it is so beautiful but it wont do me any good without a spout.

I've received many compliments on the drink dispenser, and I love the way it looks. However, the spigot is made of plastic and broke after the second time I used it. The dispenser needs a heavy duty METAL spigot. I would only recommend this product to a friend if they are aware of the cheap spigot and the possibility that they would have to replace it after a few uses.

After "splurging" on this beautiful dispenser, the plastic spigot broke with just the third usage. I, too (as I read in a previous review) have been unable to find a replacement.

I have one of these in my frig and we use it everyday to dispense tea. It is beautiful and functional and has a good capacity. I just wish I could purchase a extra spout assembly in case this one wears out. I am planning on purchasing a second one for big parties also a couple of the matching chip and dip sets.

I loved the product -- and received many compliments.
However, I would NOT recommend anyone buying as the plastic spout is not durable. It is plastic, and hard to turn off and on. Consequently, it broke and the server is of no use to me now. It is much too expensive an item to have break in the short time I had the product.

I love this beverage dispenser! I purchased it last spring and I have used it 4 or 5 times. We had a party recently at our house that I used it for and when I was washing the lid it slipped out of my hand into the sink and broke. I am looking for a replacemnt lid. Anyone know how to get one?
I would recomment putting a dish towel in the bottom of the sink when washing the lid to cushion it if it falls out of your hands while washing.
