I really love the style of this dress. It's great for a night out on the town and turns a lot of heads (in a good way). I have a smaller chest, so wearing no bra is not really an issue but something to consider for women with a larger bust. But I do love the open back--Sexy yet tasteful. I am 5'11" and 150, and I usually order a medium (or size 8), but for this dress I would recommend going a size down. The medium was very big but the small fits perfectly.
