I am 5ft. 6in. tall, a 34c with larger hips and thighs and usually wear a size 8. I purchased the medium and the fit and length are perfect. (falls to the top of my feet) I didn't care for the tie belt but I have a number of wider belts in summer colors and I like that look much better. Very cute with a jean jacket or any little cardigan or just by itself.
