Years and years ago, my doctor recommended using this underwear. The double cotton crotch is breathable and healthy. This is the only brand that has the double cotton crotch with the nylon top. I have never worn anything else. To extend their wear, I, usually, dry them on a rack rather than in the dryer. It just helps keep the elastic last even longer.

I would like these if the crotch were cotton/ nylon, not double cotton. The crotch feels bulky when wearing the panties. The back seam of the crotch shows a little under ordinary synthetic fiber pants, even when standing, and would be very prominent when bending over.

This is my new favorite brand, color and size of underbriefs! Sears quit selling my size and so I turned back to Dillards. They are super comfortable! Please don't stop selling this brand. With it I will never have to worry aboutrunning out of clean "undies" again! Thanks!

These are my favorite panties. I bought five pair for traveling overseas. I could hand wash and dry them easily. After the first trip they became my every day panty.

These were favorites most of my adult life. I thought they were discontinued when my store stopped carrying them. Was SO surprised to find them on the web at Dillards! They are value priced, but not cheaply made. I've had a chance to try many other brands, both expensive and not, and none measured up to the quality, comfort, and value of Cotillion!

I have tried to find great fitting and feeling panties for everyday wear for many years. Been thru a lot of domestic and import panties. These are by far the best and for the price cannot be equaled. I have been told I look great in them and they make me feel wondeful. I have a drawer full in every color.
I love other Dillards panty styles as well.
