After speaking with customer service, I was informed there was a mix up between the vendor and warehouse. I received a white cotton fedora with a blue and white plaid ribbon. The straw two-toned fedora is not available , and apparently, there was a mix up between the photo and description provided by the vendor . I chose to keep the fedora I received. It is still a great product, but it is very different from what I originally ordered.
