The reversible shams mirror the comforter's plaid pattern on one side and have a black velvet flange and a hidden zipper closure. The reversible Euro shams (sold separately) boast a beautiful center fashion crest embroidery, a 2" flange and create a noble backdrop. With rounded corners, Vermicelli quilting & cotton batting fill, the multi-purpose quilt can serve as a family room accent cover, extra bedroom bed cover or an accent to compliment the Windsor bed. The extra long 18" bedskirt drop with overlapping split corners are tailored to fit any bed configuration. Add some drama to the bed top with decorative pillows. I love the thick comforter. I can see this comforter last as long as it is needed or fashionable. It would take alot of abuse to hurt this set. I love that it has a nice comforter complimented by the velvet like bedskirt.
