Nothing comes close to Dooney & Bourke's fine craftsmanship. Dooney leather has proven to stand the test of time. The quality is superb & the style is impeccable. In regards to the heavy weight of the bag, I found an alternative solution and uploaded the video on YouTube. Hopefully the video review will add clarityy & be of some benefit. I'm exceptionally pleased with this purchase.

This purse is so heavy, I cannot use it. I tried minimizing what I put in the purse, but that doesn't even help. I wanted a large bag because I like to carry alot of "stuff". This absolutely beautiful bag will sit in my closet as a work of art that can't be used. I am very very disappointed. This bag had 5 stars which led me to believe this was both beautiful and useful. Now I will be doubting the 5 star reviews. I am very sad!

I bought this D & B in lavendar. The leather is beautiful, and so is the attention to leather detailing. This is a sturdy bag, which has now become my everyday bag. Want to order another in a different color! You will love this bag. I've found that it is not as heavy as my other D & B pocketbooks even with all my necessities packed in. I love the longer length strap, which is included in the bag for over the shoulder wear.

This is a beautiful bag, high quality supple leather! It is a heavy bag and I wish the handles were a tad larger to fit on my shoulder.Overall, I am glad I bought the bag, but will switch back and forth with a smaller dooney!

I knew this bag was going to be heavier than any of my other bags, but the look and gorgeous leather is worth it. The only complaint I have is that there isn't an outside pocket for my keys, and it's hard to get my key ring on the interior key strap. I have long fingernails, and the small hardware is hard to keep open long enough to get my keys clipped onto it. Other than that, I love this bag! I've only had it since Christmas, but everywhere I go I get compliments.

I have been a D&B purchaser for over 18 years, and this is by far the most beautiful, attractive and jaw dropping purse ever produced! I love mine and am planning on buying it in several colors! I receive compliments everywhere I go! The hardware is amazing and it's a great size and the handles are extremely comfortable! Way to go D&B this is the best purse ever!

This is by far the best handbag that Dooney has made. It is worth the money. I have purchased the orange, dusty blue, moss green and last - but not least, the black. I use this handbag for all occasions (day and evening). The leather is soft and the hardware is nice and sturdy. You won't be disappointed with the purchase of this handbag.
