I was so happy pulling these boots out of the box. They really are much prettier and bigger than the picture portrays. I got a size 8 in brown and they fit perfect (I'm usually a 7.5/8). The finish on them is very soft and feminine. They come with ribbon or regular laces, whichever you prefer but the ribbon adds a girly touch to an industrial boot. My only complaint is that they are very stiff. They don't fold down as easily as the picture looks, but there is a buckle detail on the back that holds it down. They do need breaking in, but at the same time are very supportive around the ankles. I'm short (5'3") so they come above mid calf for me. All in all, I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a durable and chunky, yet stylish boot. I'm so in love with mine!

These Doc Martens are gorgeous in person. I get tons of compliments whenever I wear them. They need to be broken in like any pair of boots but overall I am very pleased with them.
