Comments about Ecco "Clay Strap" Sneakers:
I work (standing on concrete/tile floors) all day. I'm 66+ years old and have lots of foot, ankle, knee, hip, & back problems & I have high arches. The very first day I worked in these shoes my foot, knee, leg, hip, & back pain were non-existant. I paid a lot for these shoes & am not at all disappointed. I love them for work & for casual wear. Am going to buy a second pair even. YES! I would highly recommend these shoes to my friends!

Comments about Ecco "Clay Strap" Sneakers:
I love these shoes for ever day in cold weather and plan to buy another pair if they go on sale, just so I would have a back up. It feels like I am wearing tennis shoes, but they are much more stylish. My favorite look is wearing these shoes with jeans, black Brighton belt, sweater and a leather jacket. Perfect look to go anywhere and look great.

Comments about Ecco "Clay Strap" Sneakers:
I waited quite a while to splurge on this pair of shoes. I have high arches and plantar fascitis and needed good everyday shoes. The salesperson said that Ecco is a very good brand known for good arch support and cushioning for the sole.
The shoes felt good (not great) in the store, and there wasn't anything that appeared better so I got them. I've worn them several times and am really disappointed. They are no more comfortable than shoes costing half the price. My feet ache just as much as they did wearing shoes (like Clarks) in the $30-$50 range.
These are nice looking, well made shoes...a shame they aren't comfortable.
