I tried to find shoes that were very comfortable... very comfortable. I went into the higher brands but nothing wow'd me. The sales lady recommended Ecco's but the price was too high I felt. After the thrid time I went to the store, she finally convinced me to just try them. Yes, I'm hard headed. Wow! I said. I've worn these shoes 12-14 hours a day and my feet, knees and back just feel terrific! I would sleep in these shoes they are soo comfortable! I'm saving up for the brown pair. Me and sales lady are on first name bases now. A little expensive, but not one regret. I've been converted! Bottom line, would I recommend these to a friend? I say many times a day!

Extremely comfortable. The leather has held up inside and out very well and the sole has worn very well. I have worn them everyday for about one year and 5 months. They need to be replaced now. The reason for 4 stars is the stitching that extends the upper part of the shoe, it is the only weak point. It was about to break about 4 months ago, so i took them to a leather shop and reinforced the one stitch on both shoes. Cost me $5 and extended the life 4 months. Quality shoe, worth the money.
