Comments about Emeril by All-Clad Hard-Anodized 8" & 12" Fry Pans:
I cook a small breakfast each day and large dinner for my husband and I. After approximately 4 months of use the 8" and 12" Anodized Fry Pans had to be replaced the 1st time. I do not fry foods at high temperature, do not place my cookware in the dishwasher. I've replaced these two Anodized Fry Pans 2 times and they need replacing once again. I have a complete set of the Emeril Anodized Cookware all other pieces are holding up some better but still scratch easily. I am extremely disappointed in this product not to mention the original cost then add the Replacement Cost of 2 pieces 2 times. I wrote to the company regarding the issue but they never responded which tells me what I need to know....DO NOT ever purchase any products manufactured by this company, with the name Emeril behind it basically worthless. Above I checked Small kitchen, simple meals as I do not believe this product could withstand anything more! I would not recommend this product and have not done so when asked!!!
