This is a wonderful eyeliner. I have found that if you apply it without eyeshadow it tends to run or smudge, but as long as there is eyeshadow or some kind of base on the lower eyelid then it holds perfect. It is great for everyday use or for a bolder look for going out. I have the purple and love the color. I would definitely buy again.

I thought this was the same pencil I purchased before. The previous pencil was great! I'm wondering if I ordered the wrong one, but this was the only one that was similar. I should have gone to the store.
