After taking my shower in the morning, I use the 'Youth Dew' dusting powder, apply ONE spritz of this Perfume, and I smell great all day and into the night. There is no need whatsoever to reapply this fragrance. THAT's how long-lasting it is.
There is a reason some things are called 'CLASSIC'; and Estee Lauder's 'Youth Dew' so completely qualifies as such. A fabulous scent that has stood the test of time, (I still get compliments and asked, 'What are you wearing?'); A long-lasting scent, (dust with powder then one spritz of perfume and you can feel confident that you smell GREAT thru your whole day); and, A GREAT bang for your buck... you use this stuff so sparingly that it seems to last forever.
Estee Lauder's 'Youth Dew' has always smelled very Upper-Crust to me. It smells like money, power, status... like you could dine with the Queen, attend a polo rally with Prince William, power-broke a Board meeting. At the same time, when evening comes, this scent turns up the sensuality dial... it is, in-a-word, a woman's perfume... a confident woman's perfume. It says you know who you are... and what you're worth.
Estee Lauder's 'Youth Dew' is my Signature Fragrance (Autumn/Winter)... along with her 'Beautiful' line (Spring/Summer). These are the two fragrance staples that are always on my dressing table... right along with my pearls and diamond earrings (good at any time, *lol*).

Estee Lauder's Youth Dew has been a standby for cool weather since I was in my 20s. I found it goes great with soft woolen sweaters, leggings, knitted scarves and my cashmere blend coat. I put it away in a dark corner during the warm months and indulge in White Linen, Pleasures or Beautiful.
In the hot days of Oklahoma summers I lean toward Pure White Linen Light Breeze and Pleasures Bloom. They're all wonderful-something for every mood & every season!

I have used this fragrance since I was a teenager (30+ yrs ago) and try diffderent things...but, always go back to Estee Lauder's Youth Dew.
