On the model the panties look like they can be a brief style. But on, the solid material (below the lace) shows much less. I would describe these as wide-side bikinis. Very comfortable, very soft, and I can't even feel them on (which is what I prefer), neither waist nor legs are tight and squeezing. When you first see them you might think "not what I was hoping for" because you can see the lace seam in front and the sewing on the trim of the waist and legs sort of stands out, but when you put them on it all blends nicely and looks great.
