I just love these dishes and accessories! I saw them and I had to have them! I got half in the blues and half in the greens. They are even more beautiful in person. The glaze is pretty and shiny. The colors are soft. The details are amazing. They wash up really well. I can use them every day and for special occasions. They are a perfect compliment to my china cabinet, too.

Service and delivery comments:

Delivery was prompt. I received my first shipment and then went online to buy more and found that the price had dropped 30%. I called Dillards and asked if they had a price guarantee and they said they were happy to refund the difference of what I had paid and the sale price. It was done promptly.

I was surprised at the somewhat haphazard way the dishes were packed for shipping but with all the pieces I bought (over $800 worth), there was only one broken piece - a plate. Unfortunately, when I called (the day after the dishes were delivered), I was told that they no longer carry the green plates. They did refund te price of the broken plate and I was able to find a replacement at another online store.

All in all, I am very impressed with Dillards and especially their customer service. What other retailer can you call, have a real person pick up within two rings and help you without transfer you to anyone else? I had that experience both times that I call. I am a Dillards customer for life now!

We love these -- so beautiful and practical. Holding up very well so far with daily use. Mugs are huge -- I do wish there was a teacup option, and a sacuer or at least small plate -- but I like how the mugs keep things warm. I mix these with a more plain salad plate of a coordinating green of a different set and it works great.

I got the blue set as a wedding gift and it's now a favorite. I served dinner to my new husband with them and he said, "Where did we get these from? They're really nice, I like em a lot". I was surprised but it made me smile. The dishes are even more beautiful then in the online pictures, but they are also easy to handle to serve on. You're not having to worry about them easily chipping or cracking. I don't have a dishwasher yet so I have to hand wash them but they're super easy to clean, food doesn't get stuck in cracks or anything like that so no need to scrub even if you're currently dishwasherless. I like them too because you can use them everyday for casual dining or for a classy dinner party. They also look really lovely displayed out of the cabinet in the kitchen or dinning room. Great product and I'm going to buy some more pieces on my own. I love the mix and match look of the blue and green together as well.
