I bought these boots last year, they are really cute but the arch in one boot is so stiff I can't wear them. Don't know if they are defective or not.Tried them last year and they made my foot sore, so I put them away. After wearing them at my desk job just one day this season, I can hardly walk on the right foot. They are also very heavy. Wished I had sent them back last year.
