I have bad vericose veins on my legs. I use these Alive pantyhose to give me overall Support.
I have used every color and for me the most flexable color is the Taupe. I work in a grocery store and I am constantly moving,standing,and bending.I am so Happy the salesperson recommended
Alive.I am even going to wear them to a wedding I was invited to.
