While the exterior of the pillows is of good quality, including stitiching and fabric, the interior filling leaves much to be desired. The pillows arrives out of shape and do not sit properly. Sometimes you have to physically touch and see the product for yourself prior to purchasing. As this was the first time I had a problem with Dillards I have let this go.
