Investments MADISON AVE fit SLIM FX Comfort Control Straight-Leg Pants are the best! My search for a comfortable and slimming straight leg pant is finally over. I am 5.0 and petite. I tried on 6PR regular and it fit perfectly. I tried 6PS short and it was too short. I tried 6S and the length was great and somewhat more slack than 6PR. I wear both 6S and 6PR depending on how loose I want the pant. Both 6S and 6PR both fit great around the waist and slimming. I love these pants and got 4 pairs now. You gotta try them!

I bought these pants in the Midnight Navy, and was looking forward to getting them after reading all the good reviews. Well, other than the nice color, I am seriously disappointed with these pants.
I bought a size 16, my regular size, and found them extremely tight through the waist. After wearing them for a full day at work, I couldn't wait to get home to change out of them, because they dug into my waist so badly.
I also found them much too short in the legs, which was surprising, because I am on the short end of petite - 5"0 exactly. Most petite sized pants are even too long on me, so to get these and have them be too short was a shock. They came down to about the top of my ankles, definitely not a normal dress pants length. I'm afraid to wash and dry them, for fear that they will shrink and end up even shorter and tighter than they are now.
I also am disappointed in the quality of these pants. The back rear seams are sewn poorly, with threads coming loose, and the seam starting to come unsewn. I'm afraid if I wear them again, that the whole back seam will rip open.
If not for these pants being on clearance on non-returnable, I would be sending them right back to Dillards for a refund.

I love,love,love theses pants. I am only 4 feet 11 inches tall and if I purchase a 4 Petite Short I don't even have to hem them if I wear medium heel shoes. In addition, tney fit me perfectly in the waist, hips and thighs. They are so oomfortable and the value can not be beat.
