The dress is beautiful with soft lace & a lovely drape, but it was too large. I would have exchanged it for a smaller size, but the seems puckered on the sides, so I'm concerned about the quality control. This is something that should have been checked before shipping & I noticed another customer had the same complaint. It's a shame because the dress is so lovely.

I was looking for a dress that had a sleeve, I didn't want to wear a jacket all night. Normally would have ordered a 10, but after reading reviews I ordered an 8...good decision. The dress runs very long and trains in back. I will still need to have it shortened,and I am 5'5 and wearing a 3 inch heel. But I absolutely love the dress, the Ivory lace top is beautifully lined and very attractive, the back detail was a lovely surprise. I am very pleased with my purchase.

I bought this dress for a spring military ball and it is perfect for the still chilly weather! So difficult to find a dress with sleeves! We aren't all blessed with toned, tanned arms, so this elegant dress was excactly what I needed. I think it looks much better on than off, especially when you add the proper jewelry and shoes. Plus, it's a timeless dress, and can be worn without the worry of it going out of style. I loved the fit, although I do worry about the zipper getting hung up in the lace, waist area. I found the dress to be very flattering.

I ordered a 12 off the internet, hoping it may fit (or could be altered?), as my size was not available. I am a size 10 and thankfully (or so I thought!) located a size 10 in a non-area Dillard's and had it shipped to me. The size 12 was overall large, to include very long for my 5-10 height, despite the 2 inch heels. The size 10 I obtained from another Dillard's was the appropriate length with 2inch heels (such a different in lengths between sizes!). My biggest disappointment was NO waist definition in the garment, even the size 10. The dress hung straight down from the shoulders. Unfortunately I had to return both dresses. Thank you to the other Dillard's store that so nicely shipped me this dress once I located the size I desired. Too bad the dress did not fit my frame.

Lovely fabric. I am a size 10 but this dress in a 10 was too big overall. I decided not to locate a smaller size to try. The dress hung from my shoulders with no waist emphasis. The fit felt very boxy. This dress may work well for a woman with a larger waist.

I was disappointed with the gown. The bodice was attached poorly to the skirt. The seams on the skirt puckered on the sides and back. I am average height and the gown was about seven iinches too long. The lace used for the bodice is beautiful.

It is sometimes hard to find a stylish dress for a bit older woman. I can't wear the strapless styles, and like something covering my arms a bit. Anyway, this dress has the currently-in lace, with a nice line. So style and comfort, and flattering. Perfect for the night wedding I am attending.
