I have a neuroma in my right foot and even use orthotics with my tennis shoes. I can wear these sandles for a full day without orthotics and not experience any pain in my foot. I have narrow feet and because of the velcro tabs, I am able to adjust the width of these sandles. I have purchased this same sandle before and worn them out. This is my second pair. Josef Seibel makes great shoes!
