I use this product more frequently than the K-cup holder that came with the coffee maker. It works well. I like bold coffee and it works well for me and is less expensive to use my own coffee than the coffee cups that are made for the coffee maker.

I had high expectations for this item and was disappointed that it did not work initially. I followed the instructions precisely, and upon use, water and coffee grounds spewed out the front of my brewer and all over my counter. I tried several times with the same outcome. I almost threw the product in the trash, but I called Keurig's customer service. They told me that there is a small rubber gasket surrounding the needle that punctures the top of a K cup. I was instructed to adjust this gasket. I moved it down as far as I could without it falling off. The gasket has to be lowered so enough pressure will build up to make the reusable adapter work properly. This information is not included in the instructions for this product. The adapter does work after this adjustment. However, the brewed coffee seems much weaker through the reusable filter than with a K cup. I'm going to try a bolder coffee and see if that helps. Fortunately, Keurig's customer service reps are very helpful.
