Purchased for daughters spring wedding. elastic on sides of waist. Shell drops nicely below waist to hide problem areas, I'm top heavy & the crinkle fabric shell has light stretch which is very flattering. I'm 5'4" so I will roll up at waist since hemming would be difficult. Layered chiffon skirt is stylish w/out adding weight. I bought size 16. Neutral color is slightly darker than pic, almost like Nestles hot choc mix. works well with silver or gold accessories. Well priced, 3 pcs are good for short & plump ike me.
