I tried every different kind of Spanx there was, and none of them did me any justice. I had bulges sticking out at the legs or in awkward places. The modern movement girdle was an alternate choice, but ended up being the best choice! It not only slimmed me down a whole lot more than the spanx, but the material is a lot more comfortable, and surprisingly easier to slide into. It doesn't shift or move on you when you sit or stand. You can actually adjust it to the length you want..whether you are wearing a knee length skirt or a mini dress and it will stay. I am also a full DD bra size, and i have a hard time finding strapless support. This is the only girdle (or bra) that I own that's strapless and can support me without budging. It holds them right in place ALL DAY LONG. I no longer need a strapless bra! This thing works magic! I'm plan on buying a few more.
