Comments about Napoleon Perdis Loose Eye Dust:
The quality is amazing and the colors are beautiful. The trick to getting the glitter to stay on your lids is to use eyelash glue or glitter makeup glue. You can also use this in your hair by spritzing your hair with water or a little hair spray sprinkle a little in your hand and blow into your hair. This product is great for a night out on the town or a holiday event. I get so many compliments when I use this product.

Comments about Napoleon Perdis Loose Eye Dust:
This eye dust of glitter is beautiful. I have done my research and in order for it to stay on your eye lids you must use either eyelash glue or glitter glue sold by too faced. Apply glue to your lids and press the glitter in with finger tips or an eyeshadow brush. You can also spray hair with water or hairspray and blow the glitter in your hair, It is great for a night out on the town or very festive for a holiday event.

Comments about Napoleon Perdis Loose Eye Dust:
I was so excited when I first found this dust. It is available in such a wide array of colors! But I was disappointed overall. I found it hard to apply...even with using a priner...and then it didn't stay on very long. Ended up falling off my eyes, and onto my cheeks, etc. I still try this again from time to time, as I do love the colors. Just wish it "stuck" better!
