    I bought the waterproof one. It did not smudge & I was able to remove it with Philosophy eye make-up remover.I have to get use to the brush. It is a thin comb, which I'm not used to & wasn't expecting. Looked nice.

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
