I needed an everyday shoe to wear around the house. We recently converted our floors to tile, and if you have any kind of foot, leg, or back problems, the hard floors intensify the problem. I knew I would need to wear a cush shoe around the house, instead of flip flops and casual shoes. These Dual Fusions are the best atheletic shoe I have ever worn. I am a walker, not a runner, but these are great!
