This shower gel is great for getting rid of the summer's gunk...the mint in the gel is cooling to the skin, and with the salt, I fee that I'm also getting estra clean. This gel may not work for those with dry skin in the winter, as it can be a bit drying then. I have dry skin, and have no problems in the summer, but it does leave me a bit dry in the winter...for those with normal or oily skin, it should work great. I've been using this for years.
