I purhased one size smaller because of the previous reviews stating it ran big. Well, the dress is tight, so I will have a lose a few pounds for it to fit just right. But I still love the dress and would look beautiful after 10 lbs. I wear a 16, bought a 14.

I read the reviews provided by 3 people prior to ordering this wonderful dress. Based on the reviews that stated the dress runs big, I was able to order the right size. If these reviews had not existed I would have ordered the wrong size and been extremely unhappy due to it not being returnable. Thank you wonderful ladies for your valuable input. I agree with the 1st review that this dress runs big. I also bought 1 size smaller, which in my case was great because I wear a 20 and 18 is the largest size this dress come in. It fits great and is very flattering. It's a little long, I am going to remove the bottom ruffle, which will be very easy. I looked everywhere for a mother of the bride dress in a pinkish color and really struggled to find anything nice in my size and in the right color. This dress is perfect, although more mauve or light dusty rose. I will feel great in this dress on my daughters big day.

This dress ran one size too big. I normally wear a 14, but the 12 fit perfectly. I wanted to love this dress as it was a flattering fit, but the sequins on the jacket gave-off a rainbow sparkle that cheapened the look. These sequins were not sewn-on but were the cheap glue-on style. I had also considered taking off the bottom two tiers and making it into a below-the-knee dress. This could have been easily done, but I just couldn't get past the sequins on the jacket :(
