Buy 2 to 3 pairs of these shoes every year. These are the only shoes I wear except on weekends. I am on my feet all day at work and these shoes are so comfortable. I feel no pain in my feet at the end of the day. I also travel a lot for work. Walking through the airport is a breeze. Easy to take on and off through security. Only two minor flaws. They mark up the rug/floor when new. I get them in black. And the soles wear out very quickly. Hense 2-3 pair a year. If the soles are soft and this is why I like them so much, then don't change a thing. Just wish they would last longer.

Used these shoes on a two year church mission. They were comfortable, water resistant, and lasted the whole two years. When I got home I purchased a replacement pair because they were so good.
