I had to return this item to my nearest Dillard's store. Although the paper tag on this item indicated the size that I ordered, the actual garment size was two sizes smaller. The tag sewn on the inside also indicated this smaller size.
I called the online order customer service to have a replacement garment sent to me, and was told that the item was no longer in stock.

I love my other slacks from R&Y because they look newly pressed each time I take them off the hanger so I am disappointed in the wrinkling of these. They don't wrinkle worse than other slacks I have worn just wosre than my other R&Y.
