I don't care for the elastic in the waistband. Neither the tucked nor the hidden expandable waistband.
I buy them only because of the way the pockets are cut. Most jeans have pockets cut like Levi's-terrible.
After a few washings the waist size is no longer accurate as the elastic begins to stretch.

i have worn these jean psnts for five years i like them alot the company rarely sends 29 to stores they should add 28s salesmen tell me that not stocking 29s is a very serous problem ignored bu dillard they dont believe their sales persons i have seen them on sale once in 5 years it was buy one get the second at half price this seems to be the only roundtree/york product not on sale seasonably they would increase sales alot if they changed this policy along with stocking shorter jeans
