This is a pretty skirt. It has a zipper and hook and eye closure. It arrived in a bit of a wrinkled mess, but I believe that is unfortunately due to the fabric, and should steam out nicely. The one aspect of the skirt that is a little hard to work with is that the included braided belt has little sewn in loops or guides on each side which are VERY tight around the belt making it really difficult to pull the belt looser or tighter, which is necessary to put the skirt on and off. Other than that, I am happy with the purchase. I bought it in the darker color and am looking forward to wearing it with both boots and sandals!
