I have worn these for years from a size E down to a C after a weight loss. The key is that you have to get the right size. If I could complain about anything it would be that I wish they made this for women with a short waist (petite). I have about 2 inches that I generally roll down from my bra strap. Other than that I love all the SPANX products I have tried.

I wish I would have saved my money. I'm not at all satisfied with this product and would have not even given it one star, if it was possible to do so. Had to struggle to get into it, even though I followed the size chart to the letter and bought the appropriate size...it's way too tight, which makes the thighs bulge out, even though it says that will not happen...the top constantly rolled down, with just the slightest movement, again, it stated that would not happen. I bought this product to wear under my slacks to a wedding so as to feel a little better about myself...I would feel worse with this thing on! I don't get all the rave reviews...maybe they are fake!?

Makes me feel great. I have my son's wedding coming up and not to comfortable with my body. This helps me feel more confident about my image.

Getting them on can be a struggle, but worth it.
I always buy one size bigger than recommended and still look great. So comfortable. No one can tell you have anything on under your clothes. No matter what you where.

This is my second Spanx purchase. I love that they bring me down a size, i tell all my friends about them. I am so amazed by them that when I have friends over I always model a before Spanx and after Spanx, and they are amazed by the difference and the way my clothes fit. I think all ladies should try them at least once. The only disadvantage is when I have to run to the restroom.

It would be great if it was made out of a material that was cooler. Everyone I know who has tried them including me could not wear them very long because they are so uncomfortably hot.
