    I bought this dress for my g-granddaughter and her mother & grandmother loves it. Mom said it would be used as her Christmas dress, along with red tights, & a red shrug to match the red ribbon & bow at the waist. Also for her xmas pictures. She is 13 months, abt 22 lbs & I bought 18 month. Love this dress - lace is soft, not scratchy as some lace dresses are & totally lined.
