Just got these boots in the mail and love them yes they r hard to get on but u just wiggle ur heel back and forth they go in hope this helps!!

I love this boot. I have a narrow foot so the entry/exit was not a problem for me. I bought two pair of Steve Madden boots last year and wore them constantly. So stylish and comfortable.

The only thing bad about these boots is they are hard to put on. If you have a wide foot it could be dificult! I have wore them a few times and it does seem to get a little better. At first I was afraid I would have to send them back but I eventually got them on and loved them. Once they are on they are very comfortable.
