I love the dress, and is truly beautiful, but too difficult for hemline alterations due to multiple layers and unfortunately, it's not available in petite size.

This is a beautiful dress, even prettier than the photo. I am wearing the sleeves off the shoulder. I'm 5'9, size 10, and this dress is long enough for me to wear 3 or 4 inch heels.
