I thought that this was a little expensive for a mixing spoon but I had a gift card that I needed to use so I thought I'd give it a try. It turns out that this spoon is AMAZING! Although it is technically a mixing spoon the silicone makes it nearly perfect for many other things. I loved this spoon so much that I actually ended up going and buying another so that I'd always have a clean one to use.
