I gave these 4 stars instead of 5 only because the color is wearing off a little on the toe area, probably only due to the fact that when I'm working on my knees, my toes are touching the floor. I actually don't mind because it gives them 'character'. I suppose that if all the color eventually wore off they would be the color of the Chestnut ones. These are by far the finest made and most comfortable and warmest slippers I have ever owned. I have worn them every day since I received them. They get a lot of use because I am retired so they get worn most of every day and are holding up beautifully. IF they ever wear out I will definitely be buying another pair.
