This is my 1st UGG purchase and I love it. These shoes are very comfortable to be flats, and they cushion impact. I wear a size 7 1/2 but ordered an 8 to be safe, which they fit and feel great. This will not be my last UGG purchase through Dillard's.

I have several pairs of Uggs, and wear a size 7 in all of them (normal shoe size is 7.5). I ordered these in size 7 and they are too small so I'm returning them and re-ordering them in an 8, hoping that size will fit.
