Shoes were only worn 3 times during a 3 week period and tore around the ankle. The stiching was not durable. UGG Customer Service was horrible and unhelpful. Each agent that assisted provided different information and was never accurate.

Stylish...comfortable but do wear with orthodics. Love the extra tred on sole. I am not a young kid....am 64 and still working and having fun.

I bought my first pair two years ago. I love them so much I had to add another color to my collection. They are comfortable, warm, and so cute! I love the fact that you can replace the insole so the boots stay nice and tight around your foot for support. I love these boots!!

I bought a pair of Ultimate Tall in brown in January, '10. I love them but I can't wear too long time and can't walk long time with them because they are very narrow. The side of the sole affect inside and hit my feet. I know Classic boots don't have the problem because they stretch without hitting the side of the sole rubber. These Ultimate are for someone have narrow feet, not for Asian people (me!) who usually have wider feet. I hope if there were wide sizes for them.

I love the look of these boots, but wish they were a little more cushioned in the bottom. Love the removable insole and am thinking about getting a new one that is more cushioned, UGG should make one?!?

I have worn these boots every day since they arrived in the mail. Now that it's getting warm out, I still wear them in the morning around the house, my ankles have always been stiff in the morning and these boots help warm them up. I wear them without socks and love the feel of them.

I love that I can wear them with skirts, or jeans, and best of all my husband thinks they look great on me. So much so he's encouraged me to get other colors. (that there is a statement)

I wore these in snow, they kept my feet warm and seemed stable. Primarily I live in the Tropics and they are great for the cooler days of winter.

I usually wear an 8.5-9 but purchased the Ugg's in size 8.

The removable insole is only slightly annoying, but only when putting the boot on, not enough to even notice, plus, I'm assuming I can get a replacement that is comfy and new.
