My first pair were bought in Columbus OH and they were AMAZING. Four years old and look great and are from AUSTRALIA. This year my husband wanted to surprise me with a new pair and bought them at Dillards in Toledo. [*] the dye from the boots came off on my hands as I was trying them on!! One was lined in sheepskin and the other in some kind of faux fur! UGH!!!

I love to wear my uggs everywhere. The only thing I found troublesome about the boots it the picture of the product online is MUCH, MUCH lighter than the boots really are. It is not a very big deal, because the boots are still pretty, but it was interesting to see how much the color differs.
Another tip: Spritz your boots with the sheepskin protective spray before wearing them. It helps so much. I am so glad Santa brought me these boots! They are overall wonderful shoes :)

They were only a week old and I took very good care of them and they ripped when I slipped them on easily, I'm really upset. It was a gift and my first pair of uggs, I'm really disappointed. They are the most comfortable shoe I've ever had though.

I just got these today and i love them! I have the Grey Bailey Button Triplet. They're so warm, fuzzy, cozy inside. And the seude is very soft. It's been snowing and my boots haven't got one stain yet! They were sure worth my money!
