I have had a hard time finding bootie shoe with an opening that is not so big and makes my ankle look odd. I have slender, but no skinny ankles. The shoe is true to size and is reasonably comfortable with a stable platform. The sole is a bit hard but not uncomfortable. Will look very nice with tights and a dress/skirt and skinny jeans. Very happy.

A gorgeous shoe, I ordered several pair. I love the mixture of suede and leather and the gold zipper really sets the shoe off. I own quite a few Vince Camuto shoes and this bootie is at the top of my list of beautiful shoes he's made. I love the fact that it's less than 4 inches, my toes really appreciate that. The inside is made with leather so it's really soft when wearing. If you go a half size larger, they should be easier to wear with ankle socks to prevent fatigue or scratches (on ankle). Overall, this is a lovely bootie and I plan to buy three more colors.

I loved the way these boots looked online and when they finally arrived. The heel height is comfortable to walk in, HOWEVER!! the leather part of the boot kept cutting into my ankles. It caused red marks after only 10mins of wearing them around the house. Sadly, I will have to return them. *sigh*
